WEEK 1: ENGAGE
  • The Stories We Tell - This exercise lets you explore your story, what you tell yourself and how that makes you feel.
  • The Circle Of Life - This exercise is a very useful tool to check on the progress you have made. It can be used as an easy, quick snapshot or you can expand it and drill down into the various aspects of each area.
  • Guided Relaxation - To do this exercise you will need to get yourself into a comfortable position where you know you won’t be interrupted for 10 minutes.
  • Connect With Your Strengths - This exercise requires you to get feedback from others so that you can start to really acknowledge your strengths. It can be friends, family or colleagues past or present.
  • Don’t Put It Off - A little video to give you a bitof a gee up!
WEEK 2: SHIFT
  • Inner Champion - This powerful exercise gives you both a visceral experience of how your state changes with your thoughts and also a tool for changing your state. For this exercise It’s important that you are in a distraction free environment.. as you need to be able to close your eyes and focus on your thoughts and feelings.
  • Embodying The Champion State - Just like in the inner champion exercise you will need to find a time and place where you are away from distractions and can safely close your eyes. You are going to use a technique used in Neuro Linguistic Programming called anchoring, where you embody the new champion state so tha you can call upon it when you need it.
  • Clock It, Stop It, Swap It - This is a simple 3 step exercise method to help you systematically change your thought patterns.
  • Tapping Out Unhelpful Emotions - This tool can be used in the moment to take away an emotion that’s getting in the way of your clear thinking, your performance and your enjoyment. It's a version of the Emotional Freedom Technique.
  • Overcoming Limiting Beliefs - This exercise is about becoming aware of those beliefs and shifting them.
  • Early Programming - In this video we are going to explore the beliefs you learned growing up. It can be very enlightening to examine where some of your current beliefs and worldviews came from.
  • Inspiring Space - In this video we have a look at your environment and make sure it is supporting you in what you want to create.
WEEK 3: ENVISION 
  • Know Your Values - Before you start creating your ideal vision for  your life another thing that will keep you on the path to fulfilment is honouring your values.
  • Visualisation - The power of visualisation has been used the world over by those in the peak performance fields.
  • Circle Of Life - This is an opportunity to revisit your circle of life and check on both your progress and any changes in circumstance or importance.
  • Your New Story - Now having explored your vision we are going to put it into a form that helps to make it real.
  • Vision Boarding - The subconscious loves image and metaphor so a vision board can send powerful subliminal messages to beyond your conscious brain. 
  • Clearing And Re-imprinting - I introduced you to eft and tapping in the SHIFT element. Let’s revisit it now so we can use it to literally tap out any unhelpful thoughts and feelings.
WEEK 4: INSPIRE 
  • Take 2 - This exercise is called Take 2 and its a great little technique for helping you to recover your state so that you can be more present and take control of a situation.
  • Embedding Empowering Beliefs - In this video we look at ramping up the voice of your inner champion so that you can move forward confidently and create the results you desire.
  • Journaling - The key thing is to have somewhere you can record regularly to create a habit.
  • Meditation - Meditation and mindfulness practices enable the mind to switch off the incessant chatter and literally get in tune with ourselves. This video serves as  an introduction into meditation and includes a guided alpha state meditation to help you gain a sense of balance and groundedness.
  • GIFT - This next exercise is a wonderful practice that has its origins in many spiritual traditions. It’s one that can help concentrate your awareness into the present and enrich your appreciation of the journey.
  • Gratitude - We touched on gratitude in GIFT, it’s a massive spiritual practice at the heart of many indigenous tradition and religions and as such deserves a deeper look.
  • Future Script  - Finally to embed and leave you with your BOLD NEXT STEP firmly set lets do another future script this time taking you to 3 years in the future..Ideally you will need your journal for this or your printed INSPIRE workbook.
